Refund policy
Due to the nature of slime as a handmade sensory product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sanitary and safety reasons. All sales are final.
Because slime is a personal use item, once it has been shipped it cannot be restocked or resold.
Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
1.Your order number
2.A description of the issue
3 Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review the issue and do our best to provide a solution if applicable.
Requests made after this time frame may not be eligible for replacement.
Slime Disclaimer
All slime is handmade. Slight variations in color, texture, scent, and toppings may occur. This is normal and not considered a defect.
Slime may melt or become stiff during shipping due to temperature changes. This is normal and can be fixed with the included activator or by allowing the slime to rest at room temperature.
Texture preference is subjective and not considered a defect.
What we do not cover
We are not responsible for issues caused by:
- Improper slime care
- Failure to follow slime care instruction
- Personal texture or scent preferences
- Melted or stiff slime due to weather
- Normal slime shrinkage from play
- Accidental damage after delivery
- Orders left outside after delivery
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
Incorrect Addresses
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.
