Processing Time

All orders are handmade and typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During restocks, promotions, or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

Canada: 2–10 business days

United States: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has shipped.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Disclaimer

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

• Carrier delays

• Lost or stolen packages

• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Customs delays (international orders)

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Temperature Notice

Slime may melt in hot weather or become stiff in cold weather during shipping. This is normal and does not affect the quality of the slime.

This can be fixed using the included activator or by allowing the slime to rest at room temperature.

This is not considered a defect and does not qualify for refunds.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the buyer is responsible for reshipping costs.
